Fox Fur Blanket Throw Platinum — Full Skin Saga Furs

Fox fur blanket throw platinum — Silvery white. Cool grey tips. A charcoal line down every pelt. Nature's own platinum fox, undyed — across your entire bed. 🤍🩶

Platinum fox is a natural colour, not a dye. The underfur is a pale silvery white, the guard hairs carry cool grey tips, and a darker charcoal stripe runs down the spine of every skin, so the blanket reads as rows of pale fur with a shadow through each one. It is lighter and calmer than silver fox and cooler than white, and no two skins are alike. The fox fur blanket throw platinum puts that colour on the largest surface in the room: a full skin fox fur throw, draped over a sofa, a bed or the floor by the fire.

Every pelt in this fox fur blanket throw platinum is a full Saga Furs platinum fox skin, worked skin-on-skin from head to tail, never pieced or cut into strips. The straight seam between one pelt and the next is part of the design: it is how you know the skins are whole. Our artisans grade the skins under daylight and match them for the strength of the grey tips and the width of the charcoal line, so the pattern repeats evenly from edge to edge. The reverse is finished in premium white velvet cotton. Handcrafted in Greece by TatiFurs, a family atelier since 1972, in eight sizes from a 100x150 cm throw to a king-size bedspread, with custom sizes on request.

🌟 WHY TATIFURS
Natural colours are harder than dyed ones. There is no vat to even out the differences; every platinum skin arrives with its own balance of silvery white, grey and charcoal, and a blanket where the stripe jumps from pelt to pelt looks patchy within a week. We buy platinum fox only through Saga Furs, whose grading is the strictest in the trade, and our artisans spend hours laying the skins out before a single stitch, so the charcoal lines run straight and the grey tips catch the light the same way across the whole surface. Over fifty years of Greek fur craftsmanship go into every piece, and a fox fur blanket throw platinum at full skin scale is one of the most demanding things that craft produces.
